We are so excited to have you join us for our Annual Golf Tournament!

We are encouraged that golf is seen as a means of safe recreation and exercise. Our organization has worked extremely close with the Sweetwater Country Club and their staff to ensure that our golf tournament can be a safe outdoor activity consistent and in adherence with the Center for Disease Control and the Texas Department of Health “Covid-19” outdoor recreation guidelines. We are confident that the precautions and health measures that are in place will keep you safe while golfing with us at our yearly tournament.
We implore you to follow strict social distancing and golf course safety protocols. You can help by being self-aware of golf course safety guidelines at all times while on the course property including, prior to and after play.

Maintain at least a Six-Foot buffer!
Respect the facility's rules. Sweetwater Country Club is working hard to sanitize surfaces and reduce points of contact from arrival to departure. As a visitor, it is your responsibility to honor that work by respecting the restrictions on the normal golf experience.
Suspend tradition. The post-round handshake is almost sacrosanct in golf...except in times of potential disease transmission. Tap putter heads, bow or do an air-five to acknowledge and thank anyone you've played with, but leave the skin-to-skin contact aside for the time being.
Play healthy. If you or someone around you has been exposed to Covid-19, we are asking you to remain home and support financially through our online giving portal. If you or someone around you is showing signs of fatigue, fever, dry cough or any other illness, please stay home. Even if you plan to be perfectly compliant with social distancing guidelines, do not risk exposing fellow golfers if you feel ill at all.
